These look both interesting and very very nice Lykaios, any possibility you might give some pointers on how you made them?? I'm very tempted to have a go at something like this as an offering bowl.
It's really quite simple, but all of these types of vessels were made with a deep draw hydraulic press (50 ton). It is possible to raise them by hand from a copper disk, but it will take much more time and won't be as symmetrical (unless with a lot of work) as the press. All I did for these though was cut out a 6 inch diametre disk from a copper sheet, file the edges, anneal the disk so it was soft, greased it and put in the template for the punch.

Ah I see. Well, I don't have access to a 50 ton hydraulic press, so I'm tempted to make up a wooden former, anneal the copper and start hitting it with a hammer
if you can, try to get a metal form. Also, if you've never had any experience with raising, you could try this article [link] for guidance, though I highly highly suggest getting help from someone who knows, as it can be complicated and you can easily mangle your bowl or hurt your arm if not hammering correctly.
Heh, I'm not trying to discourage you, just trying to set you on the right path as possible. I wouldn't be too afraid of messing up, as you can come up with some interesting creations as a result of good mistakes.

I've done a bit of forge work before so hammering shouldn't be a problem but I simply can NOT thank you enough for that link!!!!!! What an amazing resource for metalwork!!!!! If you have any more links like that, I'd love to see them
