Hey everyone, just thought I'd update again.

Not too much going on, school started of course and everything is going smoothly (so far!). We started cuttlefishbone casting in jewellery class which was quite the experience. In hollowware class we are learning about spiculum forms (which are the pictures in my gallery.. I'll take a couple pics of the cast silver rign I made too.) which is a lot of fun. You can make some really nice shapes! We are mainly focusing on synclastic
and anticlastic forms right now. Even this is all nice and good, I have been really itching to do some blacksmithing. I wanna see if I can apprentice somewhere, and I should make a trip to the metalshop at the port campus sometime soon.

I was at work last night and as I was returning a customer's merch, we got talking and he saidhe knew a guy that did some blacksmithing at a local museum, and apparently he's itching to teach someone. I'll see if I can get a hold on him sometime soon. Anyway, that's about it for now.
